Your access and use of BitGo non-custodial wallets, BitGo website, BitGo platform, APIs, and mobile applications ("Services") are governed by the BitGo Services Agreement at "BitGo Legal Service Agreement", "BitGo Terms of Use" and the "BitGo Service Level Agreement" (Online Terms).

By accessing and using the Services, you agree to the Online Terms.

If you wish to access and use BitGo Custody MENA FZE's virtual asset Custody services, you are required to create a virtual asset custody account with BitGo Custody MENA FZE.

Subject to the terms of your contract with BitGo Custody MENA FZE, you agree that all "airdrops" (free distributions of certain Virtual Assets) and forks will be handled by BitGo Custody MENA FZE pursuant to its Fork Policy (the "Fork Policy") (currently available at "BitGo Fork Policy"). BitGo's Billing Methodology is also applicable to you.
